Accenture is definitely one of the few companies out there that &quot;gets it&quot; when it comes to social media. I think over the next few years more businesses are going to use it internally than externally, and Enterprise 2.0 will be a term everyone is familiar with. It&#039;s much easier to explain to corporate decision-makers how a blog or wiki can be used for employee collaboration than for customer engagement.
